LemonAID Day is a community event where children, families, and businesses across Waterloo Region set up lemonade stands to raise funds. All proceeds go to FACS Foundation to send kids to camp or to attend local resilience-based programming.

You can participate by registering to host a lemonade stand, becoming a sponsor, or making a donation.

Businesses can get involved by sponsoring the event, hosting a LemonAID stand at your offices/existing events or out in the community, or encouraging employees to volunteer. Sponsorship opportunities come with various benefits, including brand visibility and community engagement.

100% of the proceeds are donated to FACS Foundation, which uses the funds to send children in our community who are most at risk of abuse, neglect, and involvement with the child welfare system, to summer camps or to attend resilience-based programming in our region.

We provide everything you need! The LemonAID kit includes lemonade concentrate, cups, pitcher, signs & banner, 4 t-shirts and other materials to help you set up and promote your stand.

Kits can be picked up at The Family Centre, 65 Hanson Ave., Kitchener, ON, on the dates and times specified during registration. Please contact us to confirm your pick-up time.

Yes! We offer prizes for the best-decorated stand, the most funds raised by an individual, and the most funds raised by a team or business. Be sure to share your fundraising pages and post photos of your stand on social media to help boost awareness and support!
